Heartfelt Dreams Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the treatment experience for congenital heart defect patients and their families through emotional, educational, and financial support, while advancing CHD awareness and education within the medical community. Heartfelt Dreams strives to see every CHD patient lead a long, healthy, meaningful life. We are committed to becoming the premier charitable organization that facilitates greater access to care and treatment for CHD patients of all ages and strengthens the network of specialty heart centers, including Mass General and Boston Children's hospitals.
